Egg quality and quantity decline with age, so freezing earlier generally means healthier eggs and a higher chance of a future pregnancy. Freezing in your late 20s to mid-30s tends to give the strongest outcomes, though many women freeze successfully into their late 30s and early 40s.
What matters most is your ovarian reserve. We measure it with a simple AMH blood test and an antral follicle count on ultrasound. Dr. Naruemit uses these results to estimate how many eggs to aim for and whether more than one cycle may be needed.
